
Hand Painted Picture Frames
A customer bought this beautifully elegant painting from the Hope Gallery at Redbrick Mill. The painting was unframed, so Caroline (from Hope Gallery) came along and we discussed various frame styles and options, which she photographed and sent to her customer. Eventually they got the options down to two and the customer chose the same frame that we all loved too.

Antique Lobster Illustration
This beautiful antique lobster illustration was brought in for framing. We looked at different options and the customer selected this lovely dark blue/black moulding which works perfectly with the colours in the lobster. We then looked at various picture mounts including blues & greys which seemed the right choice, but somehow they were a little flat. Inspiring happy memories of lazy summer days
Just finished framing these lovely summer landscapes, painted by Ann Parkin. They were inspired by peaceful aspects around the Yorkshire Sculpture Park on a sunny day 'en plein air' with the Tom Wood Workshops.
There is something about these paintings which takes me straight back to warm summer days spent playing out as a child, with blue skies, tickling grasses on legs and warm dappled sunlight - Happy care free days.
